Mentoring with Arabel

Right now, it’s all too easy to feel alienated. The value of social interaction and moral support from our colleagues and peers is often underestimated. We understand the benefit of talking things through, and that’s why we’ve devised a brand new weekly mentoring session - now running every Friday at 10am.

Our Creative Director, Arabel Lebrusan, has dedicated the past two decades of her life to sustainable jewellery. Today, she’s no stranger to the act of juggling motherhood with running a business; never mind during a global pandemic.

If you’re a member of the jewellery industry with a burning question or a problem in need of solving, Arabel would be delighted to offer her support. Her ears are open to your questions about operating a lifestyle business, ethical sourcing, sustainable materials, and being a woman and/or a mother in business. So far, we’ve touched on a number of interesting topics - from the difficulty of sourcing certain stones because of their current ethical standards to Arabel’s most successful marketing strategy to date.
