THE ARCHIVE
FILIGREE JEWELLERY
An archival collection celebrating traditional jewellery skills as living cultural heritage, created in collaboration with master artisan Lorenzo Llanos Bernal. Each piece reflects both the designer’s vision and the hand of the craftsperson, a deep understanding of shape, form and material that no machine can replicate. Now no longer in production, these works stand as a testament to a practice worth preserving, carrying forward centuries of knowledge, care and human connection.
SPANISH HERITAGE
AT THE ROOTS
Filigree has been part of Lebrusan Studio’s design language from the very beginning, rooted in Arabel Lebrusan’s Spanish heritage and inspired by traditional adornment such as the traje de fallera and charro buttons. The studio is drawn to its fine, intricate threads of gold and silver, which allow metal to be drawn almost like a line. For Lebrusan Studio, filigree is a way of creating bold, statement pieces that remain light in weight but strong in identity, a classic tradition, continually reinvented.

READY TO WEAR - LAST PIECES
SILVER FILIGREE JEWELLERY

HAND-MADE BY LORENZO
"Now retired, I began working with Lorenzo Llanos Bernal in 2008. Together, we created extraordinary pieces, from a fully silver headscarf to many bespoke jewellery commissions. A small number of these collaborative works remain available, though I no longer produce new pieces using this technique. It remains a deeply valued chapter, one I look back on with lasting gratitude."
