The Ethical Jewellery Manifesto is a document that supports members of the jewellery industry in developing responsible and transparent practices; Providing a framework for reflection and action to support our thinking with tangible aims.

Held at the historic London Diamond Bourse for an intimate group of just 10 participants, this 4-hour in-person workshop is guided by award-winning ethical jewellery pioneer Arabel Lebrusan. Together – through guided discussion, exercises and shared insight – you’ll move through the Ethical Jewellery Manifesto to consider actionable steps that inspire meaningful change within jewellery making and business.

By the end of the session, you will leave with more than inspiration, but your own Moral Compass– a personalised practical tool to guide your ethical voyage within the jewellery industry. There to consult in the moments you feel you’ve lost direction, your Compass will remind you of where you’re heading and support confident decision-making, strengthen brand integrity, and future-proof your practice with authenticity.
