Whether it comes months before an engagement ring, years after tying the knot or simply in place of a marriage altogether, the choice is yours. A commitment ring does what it says on the tin. It's a beautiful gesture of dedication; a 'forever' pledge.
Like the idea of confirming your loyalty with a symbolic jewel but unsure of how a commitment ring should look? As it happens, there are no rules - and this page is here to ignite your imagination.
Your love story is utterly unique – and so too could be the commitment rings that celebrate it. From geographical coordinates to sound waves, important dates and special emblems, we're delighted to create symbolic hand-engraving or laser inscriptions that add priceless significance. Custom made rings that are more than just jewellery, but extensions of you.
If you plan on tying the knot at some point, it's a good idea to consider how your future wedding band might look. Thin and understated commitment rings are ideal for ring stacks, more likely to compliment their neighbours than compete with them. Going minimal doesn't mean compromising on the interesting details, either; we're always happy to make time for a conflict-free diamond or a textured finish.
The most quintessential eternity ring is that which is set with an endless row of diamonds or gemstones, their eternal nature symbolic of everlasting commitment. Colourless conflict-free diamonds are a timeless classic, whilst coloured gemstones like blue sapphires or pink rubies are a fun opportunity for self-expression. We offer a variety of band widths and diamond setting styles to suit a variety of budgets, hands and lifestyles.
BESPOKE COMMITMENT RINGS
When it comes to 'forever' jewellery, some find comfort in the timeless classics. Others are more excited by custom made rings and the infinite design possibilities that come with them.
If you're struggling to find something on the shelf that feels true to you, we'd be delighted to design you a unique commitment ring that carefully ticks your boxes. Whether you wish to make a small customisation to an existing piece or start from scratch with a concept of your own, we're ready to get the ball rolling when you are.
WHICH FINGER WOULD I WEAR MY COMMITMENT RING ON?
Most people choose to wear their commitment ring on their wedding ring finger. In Western cultures, this is the fourth finger of the left hand; a tradition that stems from Ancient Rome when it was believed that the vein in this finger (the 'Vena Amoris') ran straight to the heart!
Commitment rings aren't bound to tradition quite as tightly as other bridal rings, however - really, the choice of finger is all yours. If your commitment ring’s likely to precede an engagement and you’re not keen on the idea of stacking your rings, why not simply wear your commitment ring on the ring finger of your right hand?
